ALDANA ISLAND
The project's scope of work consist of a resort located in Fujairah. Al Dana Resort consists of 358 luxury villas that range in size from three rooms to four rooms each with a floor area of one million sq.ft. located at Al Dana Island in Fujairah. Each villa have a spacious garden which extend to the sea. It include public parks with seating areas, play areas for children, a range of restaurants and cafes offering the finest dining and refreshments as well as jogging tracks and other sporting facilities.

ADEL EL RASHIDI MOSQUE
One of the main services for Aldana island is Adel El Rashidi Mosque, with a unique Islamic design, the mosque serves up to 500 people as a total in both, the prayer hall and the women prayer room. The concept design of the mosque comes as a mix between modern design and early Islamic era style where we can see the simplicity and functionality together forming each and every part of the building. The building was designed to be harmonic building with the surrounding context in terms of style and function. The design of the building was fully made by me up to the construction drawings phase.

VILLA E
The project has 34 villa types, 7 basic types and 27 modified types. The modified types are the basic types with some special order from the owner or anyone from his behalf. The villas are different in shape and size. Type A is the most chosen type from the owners, with a unique long axis design it was able to provide the biggest size for each space within with respect to its land size and shape. Moreover, The design was able to give the best privacy for the occupant throw elevation D which is a wall attached to the boundary wall and sheared with the neighbor. I was responsible about the design development drawings, construction drawings (working drawings) and the ongoing modifications on the constructed villas. It was a team work project with coordination with more than 5 engineering specialties. The same concept design was used with the other 6 basic types and their modifications.

NOBELS COMMERCIAL BILDING
Nobels commercial building is one of the best projects that i have worked on when we talk about the owner - designer relationship. the plot of the projects was very small compared to the desired function and yet the project was done in the best way possible to give the best user experience. the building was designed by form follows function concept, the sizes and spaces were highly important to be clear and as maximum as it could be due to the nature of the function, moreover, the simple and clear facades are matching with the same concept.

Al Safadi food production factory is my first industrial design building. the building is composed of two floors, a huge scale ground floor that houses multi functional spaces and a mezzanine office floor. the building has complex MEP works along with composite structural system which required a special coordination skills to be implemented in parallel with the architectural design.

GULF MEDICAL COLLEGE
This project is one of a big scale team projects that I have done, nurses residential building was my task to edit, draw and prepare from plans up to details then submit to the authorities for approvals. the master plan houses 13 buildings in addition to the nurses building. the project was done in a short time with proficient and well planned manner.
